The Food Bank Service is available throughout the academic year Monday to Wednesday and Friday between 5:00PM-6:00PM, with Thursday operation hours being 11:00am-12:00pm.
Hours may vary during academic closures and holiday periods. For any questions related to hours of operation, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are welcome to place special orders that can be picked up during these services however we cannot guarantee all of your items will be purchased. We encourage you to come visit the service to see what we have stocked before placing a special request.
We are also currently taking Good Food Box orders for every second Thursday of the month. These boxes are donated (offered free of charge!) from United Way Kingston, and thus we are limited to a quantity of 20 for each ordering period.

Follow the link below to purchase a Good Food Box for the third Thursday of the month. Please note that these orders must be placed by 4:00pm the THURSDAY before delivery week (second Thursday of the month). KCHC is having technical difficulties with their website right now and is unable to add Queen’s as a pick up location for the boxes so select Kingston Community Health Centres in that list, then ADD A NOTE and indicate that they would like pick up at AMS Food Bank. There is an option on the check-out page to add notes. The pick-up location will be in the Rideau Building, 1st Floor, Room 105 (enter through the right side door and walk to the end of hallway), 207 Stuart Street, Kingston, Ontario, Canada K7L 2V8.
